The Residence Nives is located at Cesare-Battisti-Straße 48 in Brixen.

To confirm your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the booking price. You can pay this by bank transfer or credit card. The booking is valid after receipt of payment.

Some of our apartments are barrier-free and our house also has an elevator. If you would like more information, we will be happy to help you.
You can pay your bill in cash (according to the law max. €4,999), or with EC or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Our in-house bike room is available for your bikes. There you will also find suitable tools for small repairs. You can clean your bikes at the Nives bike wash.
With the free guest card you can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge. You also enjoy free entry to the Acquarena outdoor and indoor swimming pool (only a few minutes' walk from Residence Nives). You also enjoy a 45% discount on your sauna visit at the Acquarena.
Your holiday home will be ready for occupancy from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us half an hour before your arrival so that we can welcome you personally. If you arrive after 7 pm, we will put the key in the key safe. A free early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 11 a.m. A free late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.
Quick ride to the bakery, or would you like to go on a bike trip? Our free city bike rental bikes including bike helmets, child seats and child trailers are ready for you!
For the perfect start to your holiday, you will find your gourmet breakfast box right in front of your apartment from 8 am. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or intolerances.
Price for the breakfast box: € 15 per person.
You will find our barbecue grill station in the garden behind the house, which is at your disposal and includes barbecue utensils and crockery. We are happy to take care of the cleaning afterwards. In autumn, there is also a chestnut roasting pan available. So you are perfectly equipped for your "Keschtn" or barbecue evening!
Your well-behaved four-legged friends are very welcome to stay with us. We provide dog beds, food bowls and dog bags for the duration of your stay. We charge a daily price of €15.00 for your pet, daily cleaning is included. Please note that dogs are not allowed to stay unattended in the apartment. In addition, the bed and couch are not allowed to be used as a dog bed; failure to note this will result in an additional cleaning charge.
Valid in the parents’ apartment (with two full-paying adults):
Children under 3 years sleep free of charge
Children from 3 to 12.99 years pay €15.00 per night
Children from 13 years and adults pay €20.00 per night
If an extra bed is required, €20.00 per night will be charged (regardless of the person's age).
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, with the exception of balconies and outdoor areas.
The local tax is € 1.55 per person per day (children under 14 years are excluded). This is not included in the total price of the stay and can only be paid on site.
Free car parking spaces, including a free e-charging station, are available directly in front of Residence Nives. Should no more spaces available, you can park your car in a secure parking lot just a 5-minute walk away. Parking is free during the following periods: Monday to Friday from 6 pm to 8 am, on Saturday from 1 pm and all day on Sunday. Fees apply outside these times.
In the event that everything turns out differently and you have to cancel your stay, you can take out travel cancellation insurance here as a precaution.
The final cleaning is included in the total price of your booking. As a rule, we change the bed linen once a week and hand and bath towels twice a week, or more often if you wish.
To ensure you have enough space in your apartment, you can store your winter equipment safely and conveniently in our ski room. Boot dryers are also available.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the start of your holiday.
During peak travel times we offer free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the deposit will be refunded and there will be no additional costs. If the deadlines are not met, early departure or late arrival will be charged for the total amount of the booking.
You can choose from soft drinks and South Tyrolean wines at our Trustbar. We will write the consumption onto your bill.
In addition to our city bikes with accessories, we are also happy to lend you snowshoes and poles, toboggans, hiking maps, rucksacks and hiking poles free of charge, as well as our spa bag with sauna towels and bathrobe for your visit to the Acquarena.
You can do your laundry in our laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Detergent, ironing board and iron are available free of charge.
