Moritz's wife Sonja also has hospitality in her blood. Her creative streak is reflected in the decorations in the house. She shares Moritz's enthusiasm for Brixen and passes it on.

What would a passionate host couple be without a team? Whether at the reception or in the hall, you will find a friendly smile everywhere. Sometimes it is from room service, sometimes to the breakfast delivery boy: everyone in the Nives team really wants to meet the guests and works every day to ensure their individual holiday happiness. Everyone fills the house with life and contributes to the warm feel-good factor at Residence Nives.

Holiday good, everything good? Not quite. Moritz, Sonja and the Nives family go one step further. They not only care for their guests, but also look after the environment. As a "Climate House Welcome", Residence Nives has particularly low energy consumption - thanks to the clever use of insulating materials and natural sunlight. Non-potable water is used to flush the toilets and natural materials characterize the ambience throughout the house. The aim is for you as guests to relax naturally and recover sustainably!
